  37.         have some of the best duty-free shopping in the Caribbean. They have a 
  38.         very constant temperature throughout the year and are rarely threatened
  39.         by hurricanes since they are south of the Caribbean hurricane belt. 
  40.         Curacao has the oldest functioning synagogue in the western hemisphere.
